NashGR 1.1

NashGR is a comprehensive transportation application designed for Nashville, emphasizing sustainability and clarity in urban mobility. Under the Greenways tab, users can access detailed information on Nashville’s extensive network of multi-use pathways, alongside the Groove Bike map highlighting on-street bike routes within a five-mile radius of Downtown.

By selecting the Transit tab, users are presented with an unlayered, straightforward visualization of MTA bus routes, facilitating easier navigation and route understanding. An interactive “spider” map focused on Downtown allows for zooming in to view bus lines, each color-coded and terminating before intersecting with others to reduce visual clutter. Additionally, selecting a single bus stop per route provides real-time or scheduled departure information from Downtown.

The Driving tab offers guidance for users intending to drive to Greenways or nearby bus stops, enhancing trip planning. Furthermore, the bottom-themed city tuner bar enables exploration of points of interest, including all B-cycle bike-share stations, contributing to an integrated approach to transportation options within the city.
